This inspirational retelling of the timeless Christmas story imagines the impact of such a happening on the lives of ordinary people, touched by the birth of Jesus at the number 23 bus stop.
In addition to a modern-day Mary and Joseph, the nativity play includes a traffic warden, late night garage mechanics ("watching over and tending their vehicles"), and a group of local councillors at a late night meeting.
