The Theatre Factory is holding musical theatre workshops using Limelight’s Poptastic - the musical as a rehearsal and performance vehicle.
The growing Kidderminster-based children’s performing arts company has a thriving group of 30-plus youngsters, who attend for training in drama, dance and song.
Leanne Stephans, who heads The Theatre Factory, says: “Poptastic is a super show for children’s musical theatre groups. It is great fun and combines a dramatic story that kids can relate to with fabulous songs, with plenty of opportunity for everyone to get involved.
“We will be holding weekly workshops with our various groups, and bringing it all together for an end-of-year show in the summer. It is going to be fantastic – or should I say POPTASTIC!”
